Northland born and raised, moving to Auckland when he was 16, Ryan always knew that building was something he wanted to do. With more than 10 years on a mixture of residential/commercial and renovation/new builds in Auckland and Northland. It Has given him hands on experience on and off the tools. 

Ryan is a great peoples person and a good motivator within Hi-Tec, running multiple sites, He has a problem solving attitude and loves a good challenge. 

Out of work, a strong family man coaching his young ones rugby team and getting outdoors, hunting and fishing and spending time with family and friends.
